Associate lawyers / lawyers
We are looking for someone who has at least three years’ experience of working with employment law and who wants to help develop our business. You will have to take a lot of personal responsibility for our fine clients and conduct your own litigation in court and before arbitration tribunals. To thrive and succeed with us, you will be genuinely interested in employment law, prestigious and committed. You will have worked in another law firm for at least two years, although not necessarily in employment law.
Our clients turn to us for our specialist knowledge. We strive for the highest quality in everything we do and this ambition informs our business.
The role of an associate/lawyer
As an associate lawyer/attorney, you will assist employers and employer organisations in the private, municipal and state sectors. We work and develop together to achieve the best results for our clients. EmpLaw is a small practice that offers great opportunities for you to develop as a specialist in employment law while living your life as a parent, partner, scout leader or football coach. It’s up to us what we want EmpLaw’s success to look like.
You have a law degree and at least three years of proven work in employment law. You have previously worked in a law firm for at least two years. For us to work together, you should feel that the statements below fit you:
– Curious about other people
– Very good cooperation and social skills
– See the big picture for the client and are solution-oriented
– Ability to handle a changing pace of work
– Have good analytical skills, are meticulous and structured
– Used to meeting deadlines and able to work independently
– Want to grow and develop within the firm
– Have good language skills
– Speaks and writes English fluently
A law degree is an advantage but not a requirement.
